Bush Ranger Camp

Cricket Academy Day

Tennis Match Play Day

Wednesday 20 June to Friday 22 June 2018.  Students will develop leadership and teamwork skills, and the qualities of self-discipline and duty, loyalty and service to the community, school and to the Bush Ranger WA Program.  The camp will also complement existing formal education in providing the cadets opportunity to participate in practical conservation and environmental management projects and explore an area of Western Australia.  Students to wear their Bush Ranger Uniform. Permission slip available here. Thursday 21 June 2018. Revolution Sports, 37 Lemnos Street, Shenton Park.  Depart College 8.15am, return to College 3.00pm. Allow students to further expand their skills development, self-management and interpersonal skills through participation in a team building play.  Year 12 students will also help with logistics. Students to wear Cricket Academy Uniform including Playing Shirt, Cricket Shorts and joggers.  Cost $5.50. Permission slip available here. Thursday, 21 June 2018. Allow students to further expand their skill development, self- management and interpersonal skills through participation in Tennis Match play. Additionally students will also help with the logistics of operating a Tennis Competition on the day. Depart College 9am, return to College 2.45pm. Students to wear Specialist Tennis Uniform, bring drink bottle, lunch and snacks.  Permission slip available here.

A Squad Training Day

Tuesday, 26 June 2018. Training at Floreat Park Tennis Club. Fitness Training at Jacob's Ladder and Bounce. Depart College 8.30am, return to College 3pm. Students to wear Specialist Tennis Uniform, bring Racket, bring drink bottle, lunch and snacks.  Permission slip available here.

Francis Burt Law Education Centre

Monday 25 - Wednesday 27 June 2018. Central Law Courts, Perth. Depart College 9am or 11.30am and return to College 12.40pm or 3.10pm.  This excursion will enable students to witness a court sitting in progress.  Cost $13 per student.  Students to wear full school uniform.  Permission slip available here.

Curtin University

Friday, 29 June 2018. Curtin University, Kent Street, Bentley. Students participating will be able to improve their ATAR English and Literature outcomes.  Students to make their own way to the University for 9am.  Day finishes at 3.15pm. Cost: $35 per student. Permission slip available here.

Year 11 P.A.R.T.Y Excursion

Wednesday, 1 August 2018. Enables Year 11 Health students to experience the journey of an imaginary trauma patient from the hospital Emergency Department, Intensive Care and Trauma Wards at Royal Perth Hospital.  Departs College 8am, returns to College 3pm.  Students to wear full College uniform, bring lunch and water bottle in a plastic bag. Brisbane Cricket Trip

Saturday 1 to Friday 7 December 2018. The Brisbane Cricket Trip 2018 involves playing cricket against students from across Australia. Enable students to demonstrate the skills they have acquired in friendly competition with other schools. The students will also demonstrate and improve their self-management and interpersonal skills.  Permission slip available here.

Sri Lanka Cricket Tour 2019

Tuesday 9 April - 23 April 2019.  A call for expressions of interest from students who will be in Year 11 and Year 12 in 2019 to participate in the above international excursion.  Expression of Interest form available here.

Australian Open Tour 2020

Sunday 12 to Friday 17 January 2020. Tennis Academy students are invited to travel to Melbourne in January 2020 to experience the Australian Open Tennis Tournament.  The proposed trip will include two days at the Australian Open including tickets to Rod Laver Arena and visiting local tourist attractions tourist attractions. The trip will provide students with the opportunity to develop their tennis skills in an interstate environment.  This will also be a great opportunity for students to improve their interpersonal and self management skills.  In order for the excursion to proceed, we require a minimum of 12 students.
