Upcoming Events

Parent Reporting Evenings provide opportunities to meet teachers and discuss student academic progress. One of these evenings is to be held in Term 1 so that issues can be dealt with early in the College year.

Year 10 Parent Information Evening – Tuesday 2 July 2019, 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start in the College Library.

At this session the WACE is explained in more detail, along with the Senior School course selection process. This evening is a precursor to individual counselling sessions that will be held with students and their families to finalise subject selections for the following year.  Parents/carers will be notified of details of our information and counselling evenings through our website, Facebook page, newsletter and by email.

Whole School Semester 1 Reporting Night - 24 July 2019

The next whole school parent reporting night is scheduled for Wednesday 24 July 2019 and held in the College Gymnasium.  Bookings will be available, online via PTO, on 3 July 2019.

Year 8-10 WISE Women Showcase

Tuesday 2 July 2019. WISE stands for Women in Science and Engineering.  This showcase is aimed at demystifying the career opportunities available to young women who study STEM.  Venue: Murdoch University.  Depart College 8.30am, return to College 3.15pm.  For clothing and other items required, please see permission slip available here.

Year 11 P.A.R.T.Y Excursion 2019

Wednesday 24 July 2019. This excursion enables students to experience the journey of an imaginary trauma patient from the hospital Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and Trauma Wards of Royal Perth Hospital.  Depart College 8.00am, return to College 3.00pm.    For clothing and other items required, please see permission slip available here.
 

Year 7-10 Talented Young Writers Program

Various dates through March to October 2019.   Students will develop writing skills through workshops and contact with published writers.  Venue: Literature Centre, Fremantle.   For workshop schedule and permission slip please click here.

   
     

Camps/Tours

Year 7 - 12 Bush Ranger Camp - Manjedal

Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 July 2019.  Students will develop leadership and teamwork skills and the qualities of self-discipline and duty, loyalty and service to the community, school and to the Bush Ranger WA Program.  Venue: Manjedal Activity Centre.  Depart College 3 July at 8.15am, return to College 5 July at 2.30pm.  For clothing and other items required, please see permission slip available here.  The permission slip is considered an invitation to attend the camp.  Due to limited numbers not all students who return permission slips will be selected to attend.
