Stay at home and make your own!
Mrs Martinelli's Year 10 Home Economics students have prepared some delicious "comfort food" this term. Over the isolation period many restaurants were closed or offered limited takeaway choices. Supermarkets stock their own ready to heat meals but they are usually highly processed, contain many additives, colours and preservatives. This simplified Lemon Chicken was inexpensive to cook with only a few ingredients, no deep frying, and no additives. A quick, delicious recipe to enjoy at home and also for many it would rekindle childhood memories of Chinese takeaway. Students also prepared Meringue Coffee Kisses, something sweet to enjoy with coffee. Well done Year 10, these dishes look AMAZING!
