Students face fears with Protective Behaviours Excursion

The Protective behaviours excursion to Bounce was a highlight for our students with all students stepping out of their comfort zone and literally off a 10m platform in the sky jump!

It was fantastic to see these students overcoming their fears and feeling empowered by recognising their warning signs and using strategies we had explored to cope with these signs, facing adversity and overcoming it.

The students used problem solving strategies when faced with minimal options on the climbing walls and persistence to make it through the sky walk without falling or turning back. Well done to all involved!
