DYNAMIC VECTOR – SOLAR CAR 2018
On Friday 7 December a group of students from our engineering club along with teacher's Dr Woodward and Miss Good travelled to Sydney for the weekend to compete in the 2018 Australian International Model Solar Car Challenge. Even though we did not have the fastest car, one of our teams did win the overall championship. The Competition is not just about who has the fastest car on the day it is also about understanding the engineering principles of the car and the race and presenting information in a clear and understandable manner.
Congratulations to 'Dynamic Vector' who won both the best video and overall championship. The team members of Dynamic Vector are Si Wei Lin, Christian Ho, Joe Rechichi, John Slabbert and Maksym Osoba-Buttrose.
