Student excels with School Based Traineeship
For the first time this year the City of Bayswater have run a School based Traineeship Program. Following a successful application process and work trial, Year 11 student Elouise Isaacs commenced a School Based Traineeship with the City of Bayswater at Bayswater Waves. This traineeship is facilitated by ATC Work Smart in conjunction with Royal Life Saving Society WA.
She attends the complex once a week, working across a variety of departments including the gymnasium and reception.
Elouise is working towards a Certificate II in Sport and Recreation and will complete the qualification as part of her program at school. This will count towards graduation and achieving WACE.
Feedback from Elouise’s supervisors has been extremely positive and she has made a good start to building rapport with both colleagues and clients.
Congratulations Elouise on commencing this School Based Traineeship and Thank you to the City of Bayswater for your support of our student’s future endeavours.
