MPs visit Economics Class

On Friday 23 August the Year 12 ATAR Economics students were fortunate to be visited by Patrick Gorman, Federal Member for Perth, and Stephen Jones, Shadow Assistant Treasurer and Shadow Financial Services Minister. During their visit both Mr Gorman and Mr Jones discussed how the budget process works at a Federal level and what processes need to occur for money to be distributed to various departments.

This session was highly informative with students able to ask questions of both minsters.
