College tackles hunger in Australia

This Winter the College community banded together and collected over 950 items for the 2019 Foodbank Schools Winter Appeal. These items combined equalled over 500kgs or over 900 meals!

In light of this amazing effort the College Prefects received a visit from Aggie Przybylo from Foodbank WA on Friday 22 November. The Prefects accepted an award from Foodbank WA on behalf of the College Community for the "Highest Volume of Food Collected Overall" for a school state wide.

Congratulations to the whole JFSC Community on such an amazing result and helping create over 900 meals for those in need this past winter.
