Herbert Edwards Cup 2019

On Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 March Year 7-9 Tennis Students participated in the annual Herbert Edwards Cup. This event is part of Tennis West's Sunsmart Schools Tennis Classic which allows Metropolitan and Country schools to compete against each other in both singles and doubles games.

Our Female tennis students competed on Monday with the team reaching the Quarter Finals Division One losing in a tight match (1 point) against Perth Modern School.

Tuesday was the males turn with competition spread over two locations and comprising approximately 70 teams from various Public and Private High Schools. Everyone put in a fantastic effort with the Boys B Team made up of Bojan Ristoski, Luka Kovacevic, Riley Mollett and Timon Samson winning the Division 2 Finals against Shenton College. The Boys A and C Team reached the play offs with the teams making it to the quarters in the play-offs for Division 1.
