Students get UniReady at Curtin
On the 24 September 2019 the two JFSC Year 11 UniReady classes travelled to Curtin University (Bentley) to participate in an orientation day.
This excursion helped to motivate and focus the students to continue being diligent with their studies.
Some of the activities included a question and answer panel with current Curtin University students and a scavenger hunt around the campus. A highlight of the tour was being shown the free sleep pods and 3D printer in the library.
The students had a great time tasting university life and now believe their future tertiary pathways are within reach.
