Remembrance Day 2021
For over 100 years Australians have paused on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month to remember those who have served in the Australian Defence Force since World War One.
Today the College community came together to remember these service men and women by observing a minute's silence and laying a wreath at the College's flag pole by the Prefects.
They shall grow not old; as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning
We will remember them
(The Ode. Extract from "From the Fallen" by Laurence Binyon)
Lest we forget.
