Tasty time at Taka's Kitchen

This year's annual 'Taka's' excursion participants gave the following comments on their afternoon of food and culture.

Isabella Jackson: "I enjoyed eating Japanese food with friends."

Andy Nguyen : "karee raisu wa umai desu." (The curry rice is very tasty.)

Rose Hannah : "teriyaki udon wo tabemashita."  (I ate teriyaki udon.)

Kon Smyrniotis: "mango ocha wo nomimashita." (I drank mango green tea)

Citra Zoller: "I enjoyed taking photos."

Sylvia Wang: "nihon no geemu wo shimashita. tanoshikatta desu." (I played a Japanese video game. It was fun.)

Jonathan Pham. "kyou wa tanoshikatta desu."  (Today was fun.)

Dayang Asrin. "boba wo nomimashita." (I drank bubble tea. )

Ivan Paje. "karaage wo tabemashita." (I ate fried chicken)

Will Harper. "miso katsudon wo tabemashita." (I ate miso katsudon.)

Lola Carter. "watashi wa taiko no tetsujin desu." (I am the Taiko Master.)

Phillip Taing. "katsudon wa oshikatta desu." (The Katsudon was delicious.)

Jaimee Wyatt: "I enjoyed eating together in Takas."

Skerd Kondo. "tanoshii keiken deshita." (It was a fun experience.)

Will Phung. "hirugohan wa oshikatta desu." (Lunch was delicious.)

Next year we will visit Taka's again. There are also a number of exchange hosting and buddy opportunities for students to look forward to look forward to in 2023.
