Year 8 Social Enterprise 2022

Ms Davis’s Year 8 AE English class selected issues that were relevant to the local and wider community and researched all about them, why they happen and possible ways to alleviate the issue. They then worked hard creating social enterprise businesses to raise money and awareness for a charity that would help support their endeavours in helping solve the issue.

On Monday in Week 10, the class held a social enterprise market where students sold a collection of baked goods and crafts, raising over $500 as a class that has been donated to the chosen charities.
