Netball Academy Day 2022

The annual JFSC Netball Academy Day was held on Friday 18 March as students from Years 7-10 travelled to Belmont Oasis for a day of training, education and team building.

The day commenced with the year groups separating into different activities.

The Year 10s were honoured to receive a talk from Clint from ReboundWA . This was followed by a few games of wheelchair Netball. A big thank you to Clint for this amazing session.  

The Year 9s were treated to a session of Kin-Ball. This fun and highly entertaining game originated in Canada and is now played throughout Canada and Europe.

The Year 7 and 8s rotated through a session of Body Attack and Bootcamp style fitness circuit.

From here all years participated in Match Play. This was in preparation for the coming SSWA Champion Schools Competition in Term 2.

After lunch the day concluded with a recovery swim session.
