Waste 2 Art Exhibition
During June 2022 John Forrest Secondary College (JFSC), in collaboration with Durham Road School (DRS), were proud to present the Waste 2 Art Exhibition at Ellis House Art Centre.
JFSC Year 12 General Art students created an amazing collection of Wearable Art from waste materials. The jewellery and body adornment artworks were on display, along with fashion magazine quality photographs of the pieces being modelled.
DRS created a collaborative multimedia piece that represented individuals in a community surrounding the Derbal Yerrigan (Swan River) and art from recycled materials.
