On Tuesday 27th June, after two years, John Forrest Secondary College brought back the spectacular Art Showcase. With that, a variety of performances and videos were shown throughout the evening. Students of the Arts and Languages Department showed off their talented skills in Languages, Music, Media, Drama, Visual Arts and Dance. The event was packed full of supportive JF families and friends. Thank you for your support.
Julia Quinn (Teacher – The Arts, Dance)
"Another great evening at JFSC for the Arts Showcase, using the new facilities. It was wonderful to see a variety of Arts being showcased through music, dance, drama, languages, media and visual arts. The use of the backdrop videos in between performances was a highlight as using this visual meant that the school could share events throughout the year. This also helped to keep the audience engaged with a continuous flow of entertainment. I love that the students get to host the event too. Great job to everyone involved."

"I thought the showcase was excellent. It was great to see wide range of talents and I loved the videos [featuring the Visual Arts and Languages classes] being played while sets were changed."
