All-Schools Cup Volleyball Match

Our interschool volleyball teams competed in the All-Schools Cup on 21 August with the boys' team making a cross over the finals, and the girls' team going through the tournament undefeated. These teams have been training hard throughout the year to prepare for this and their success is due to their dedication.

The teams are coached by 2023 Teachers Games Volleyball Gold Medallist Mr Burt every Wednesday afternoon. The girls were placed in a strong pool with teams from Mercedes College and Bob Hawke College. They showed great skill with their unreturnable serves and excellent front court hits and returns as they won straight sets and took home the gold medal. The team show great expertise and excellent sportsmanship throughout the matches.
