Cooking in Italian Class

Our Year 10 students had a cross curricular collaboration class, as they made Pizza Bianca - which translates to 'white' pizza or pizza without sauce, during an Italian and Home Economics collaboration class.

Italian teacher, Ms Evangelista, translated Home Economics teacher Mrs Martinelli's Pizza Bianca recipe into Italian to encourage students to translate and decipher the recipe. They also spoke only Italian during the class.

The results were spectacular and delicious!
