Girls in STEM program launch

On Monday 27 June 2022 JFSC students and staff came together to launch the “Girls in STEM” program.

This program is aimed at encouraging and supporting the girls at the college to pursue their passion for STEM and take up STEM related courses, including advanced courses in Maths and Science.  

The program will consist of a weekly form class, which will provide support and mentoring, and additional academic activities including STEM challenges and visits from females working in STEM related industries.
