End of Year Music Concert

On Thursday 16 November 2023, our Music Department hosted another successful concert, this time the end of year music concert.

Parents, extended family members, friends and staff were treated to a range of musical talent from the Junior Concert Band, Vocal Ensemble, Junior Jazz Band, Junior Classical Guitar Ensemble and Year 7 Contemporary Ensemble.

The second half of the concert included performances by the Intermediate Band, Intermediate Classical Guitar Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble, with the evening finishing off with two pieces by the Contemporary Ensemble.

Thank you to Music Teachers and Ensemble Directors Courtney Podmore, Riley Byfield, Jacqui Edwick, Graham Hall, Robin Hillier, Mathew Fagan, Lynda Luce, Elizabeth Lyon, Tim Simpson, Amy Nordsvan, Emily Ruddock, Mayuka Juber and Stephanie Taylor for their work on the evening and throughout the year. Further thanks to MCs Rei Leake and Aifric McParlane and College staff for their work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth running event.
