NAIDOC Week 

The students celebrated NAIDOC week to recognise the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We have had the opportunity to learn about First Nations cultures and histories, with our guest speakers, Nanna Dot Bagshaw, member of the NAIDOC Perth Committee and a Noongar Elder, and Amber Ugle Haywood, Senior Heritage Officer, to share during assembly. Throughout the week, there were also activities such as face painting, braid making, and a special Aboriginal dance and Didgeridoo performance.
