Better Together

On Friday 21 November, our Music Department ended the year with a celebration of musical achievement.

Better Together was a programme that presented the combined forces of our John Forrest musicians sitting alongside the talented Year 6 students from our local Primary Schools: Anzac Terrace, Bayswater, Embleton, Hampton Park, Hillcrest Primary, Weld Square, and West Morley.

The evening also featured the debut of our new Music uniforms which marks a new look for our ensembles.

The programme featured our Junior Jazz Band, Junior and Intermediate Classical Guitar Ensembles, Vocal Ensemble, and Junior and Intermediate Concert Bands, each of which performed at a very high standard that reflects our specialist programme.
