Saver Plus 2026
Saver Plus is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services and ANZ. The program is delivered in WA by The Smith Family.
Saver Plus is a financial education program for families on a tight budget to develop life-long savings habits.

Who can Apply
To be eligible, parents must have:
- a current health care card or pensioner concession card
- an eligible Centrelink payment
- regular income from work (includes child support and carers payment).
Parents do not need to live in a particular postcode or location to be eligible.
Saver Plus is also offered to eligible school staff including part-time and casual staff.
Eligible education products and services
Saver Plus matches every dollar that parents save for education-related expenses, up to $500.
Examples of what the matched amount can be used for include:
- laptops and tablets
- uniforms and shoes
- books and supplies
- sports fees and gear
- lessons and activities
- camps and excursions.
