Community Bank Bayswater Scholarship Program

Each year the Community Bank Bayswater awards a scholarship to a previous years Year 12 student who is academically outstanding students but whose financial or social circumstances limit their tertiary aspirations. The scholarship helps cover study and accommodation costs that students face in their first years of tertiary education. One award is provided to a student within the City of Bayswater.

The College is very proud to announce that 2025 Scholarship recipient is JFSC Class of 2024 and Head Prefect Kate Smith. Kate is the 9th scholarship recipient Community Bank Bayswater have supported from John Forrest Secondary College since 2012. Congratulations Kate!

2025 Year 12s can apply for the 2026 Community Bank Bayswater scholarship program from 1 December 2025. Applications close 31 January 2026.

In line with the increasing cost of living, Community Bank Bayswater have increased the scholarship from $2,000 to $3,000 per year for up to 2 years of funding.
